Preparing for Your Visit
For the relaxation of yourself and others, please be sure cell phones and/or pagers are switched off. If you are new to Protea Medispa, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You are welcome to come early to unwind and relax before your treatment. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may cause us to re-book your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to confirm all appointments at the spa. For the consideration of others and your Aesthetician, we ask that you provide at least 48-hours notice if canceling your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge on your account. Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick or have any active lip/skin lesions.

Non-Refundable Policy
Gift cards, retail products and treatment services (including injectables) are non-refundable.
Low Financing for Spa Treatments

Payment Options
Protea Medispa accepts Visa, MasterCard, Interac and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include HST. Gratuities are not included, but if you feel you want to compliment your Aesthetician, feel free to do so.
