That's right! when we are able to reopen in Phase 2, we will be resuming ALL Spa Services including those 'under the mask'! How you might ask? Well, because we are a Medical Spa run by a licensed Medical Practitioner and are following strict Infection Control Precautions. Our fully vaccinated staff will follow enhanced Covid-19 Protocols for these procedures and asymptomatic clients will undergo Complimentary Covid-19 Rapid Testing on the day of the service requiring mask removal.

Rapid Covid Testing will also be available to the public through Protea Medical. unlike the real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test currently offered by the province, which can take up to 48 hours to process, the rapid test can provide results within 15-20 minutes. COVID-19 Safety Protocol

Our client and staff safety is of the utmost importance to us and as such we have implemented the following treatment protocols:

  • Clients must ensure they are feeling well on the day of their appointment and kindly ask to reschedule their appointment if ill

  • Clients will receive a COVID 19 questionnaire on the day of the appointment

  • Upon arrival at the clinic for your appointment, we ask that you remain in your car and notify us by text that you have arrived.  You will be instructed by staff to enter.  This is to ensure that the previous client has left and the proper cleaning protocol has been completed between patient services

  • You are required to wear a mask and use the hand sanitizer at the front door when you enter and your temperature will be taken using a touchless infra-red thermometer

  • Masks are worn by clients and a mask and face shield/goggles by staff during all body treatments.  Specialized PPE is worn by the aesthetician for all procedures requiring mask removal i.e. procedures on the face.  This PPE includes an N95 mask, face shield/goggles, surgical gown and gloves. PPE is not shared between clients.

  • Please be punctual to ensure there is sufficient time between clients
